Liane Prenovault
CO-OWNER / CONTENT CREATOR / SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
Hey guys, my name is Liane! I’m a social media manager, content creator and co-owner of Flow! My background is in dance, and after 7 years of traveling and performing, I came back to Winnipeg to be close to my family and friends.
Once I came back, I had to think about my next steps. My cousin suggested social media marketing and, thinking about my love of performing and creativity, I thought this would be a great fit!
During my day to day, I work on content creation and management as well as chatting and meeting with clients, strategizing new ideas and backend processes. As a business owner, you have to wear many hats! A couple of my skills include; consistency, problem solving and coming up with crazy ideas that Monica has to edit and work with.
I really enjoy dancing, I teach it a little bit but really love going to take classes or dancing with friends. I love spending time with my close friends and family, and I do enjoy working and exploring new ways of elevating the business and our clients. With all of this, I’m so thankful and happy to work so closely with Monica, not only is she a fantastic designer, but it also feels like I’m hanging out with my friend everyday!
Monica S. Escorcia
CO-OWNER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
My name is Monica, Co-Owner of Flow! I have been in the Graphic Design industry since 2010. My passion and talent for the Arts started at a young age; from singing and dancing at local events and competitions in Winnipeg, and doing all things creative in high school like Choir, Art, Photography, Screen Printing, Sewing, etc.
My work experience in the Graphic Design industry started with Brand Development, Web, and UI Design. Since 2011, I have worked with many businesses and brands across Canada and the US.
My role as Senior Designer / Creative Director of Flow is to make sure our team can best deliver our client brands and bring them to life cohesively through all platforms. My main expertise are Logo Design, Brand Identity, and Website Design and Development. I especially love the process of getting to know my clients’ backgrounds and expressing the meaning and purpose behind their brands through thoughtful and creative design.
Aside from design, I danced hip hop competitively for 10 years, which is how I met my lovely and talented business partner Liane! I still love to get my groove on the dance floor when I’m out with friends or you might see me passionately bachata dancing with my husband at local latin events;) I’ve grown a love for fitness and staying active is what keeps me rejuvenated from my desk job! My big loves are my family, sushi, dogs, and hot weather. So don’t be shy to say hi if you see me out and about in the summertime!
Maria Cuvos
GRAPHIC DESIGNER / CONTENT CREATOR
Hello! I’m Maria. I am a designer and content creator at Flow! I like to think my natural gravitation towards all things art, creativity and visual aesthetics is where my soul resides.
Having a home-based baking business led me to the world of social media management and marketing. Although what initially started off as a hobby and somewhere to post my cake creations, this opened the doors for me to learn how to manage a business on Instagram. With this interest at heart, I went to school for Digital Marketing.
Wanting to expand my skills and learning more on hand, I decided to reach out to Flow for an internship opportunity. I heard my brother’s friends started a design and social media company and through him I met Monica and Liane. During our very first meeting, I already knew I found my dream team to work with! My internship grew into a permanent role within the company and I can’t ever be more grateful!
As a designer and content creator, my responsibilities vary in different ways! I design visual posts, structure social media grids, build content calendars and manage our clients’ online platforms. This allows me to have a creative outlook and put it all together in a way that best represents our clients’ brand voice.
At home, I have a lovable and hilarious one year old baby boy named Ares that takes up all of my time. But I absolutely love being a young mama. He’s my motivation to work hard towards the life I’ve always dreamt of and this is just the beginning of it! :)
